Congratulations! A house like this where I live would cost between $500k-$800K, and taxes per year would be more than double. What kind of work does it need? It looks nice from the pictures.

Thanks guys... House needs nothing. was redone last year. the first change will not be the garage it will be replacing the gas fireplace with a wood pellet unit in the same hole. My Dad has a VERY small wood pellet stove supply buisness so i can get all that stuff verry cheap and that will heat the house better than a gas fire place. i am so syked

A friend of mine likes the fireplace. He had one made recently with plain looking bricks.

It's ok you can tell us the truth, we'll still accept you even if you do have 2 stripper poles in your living room

Congratulations man! I know my house keeps me busy almost every weekend, good price too, I can't imagine buying one that size for half a mill+ like Brooklyn said, prices around here seem to be roughly the same, a 1600sq ft you can buy for ~110K

congrats, I love Wisco, do property taxes suck the life out of you in that side of the state as well?

And what's this circle track place in your neighborhood?
