i used krylon fusion for plastics. flat black. I just taped off the bumpers scrubed them good and sprayed 2 coats. I would not recommd doing the taping tho, i would take off the pieces, clean, prime, and then spray them. I have to much overspray and mess ups with taping.

It is a mesh grille. The grille is actually supposed to be an overlay on the stock grille. I didnt like how that looked so I dremeled out the stock grille leaving only the outer edges to mount the mesh grille to.

No doubt. Grille looks hella good. Those mesh grilles are a little pricey from what ive found. If u dont mind me asking what brand is that grille and what did it set u back.....

Its a GrilleCraft Mesh Grille. If I remember correctly it was about $170.00.

I haven't driven it a whole lot since I have had it back but it does seem to have better wheel travel. The ride is just as good if not better than with the stock arms.

Mods So far: BFG A/T stock size (235's), Painted black rims bumpers and pillars, Air box mod, Tow hooks, FM40, 1.5" BL, yakima basket, 7 Hella 500ff(driving/fogs), tail lights guards, light bar, drop in K&N air filter...

Next Mods: bigger tires, fix 4x4, Front 1.5" BTF spacers...
