Figure I should update since I haven't posted in a while. Went to KCIR last Sat(Nov. 20th) to run and achieved a new PB, 15.145 in the 1/4. Only mods are tune, catback exhaust, 2nd/3rd seats removed as well as spare tire/jack. Otherwise she's stock on 20's

Cooling off-

Vid TekMan05 made. My first run is against an LS3 Vette and I ate him up because you never see him after we take off

A Cold Air Intake...
But,
You have some awesome videos posted,
The corvette run... ha ha, I hate to tell ya, but it seems as it was ahead enough that the angle of the shot towards your X blocked the corvette...but good try (sorry if I am wrong). Be awesome if an Explorer could beat a vette, but maybe yours did

He actually flat kicked my ass! I was just kidding about eating him up because you never see him till the end(yes, I blocked the view of him). I had the camera setup when I ran him, but it wasn't recording

There will be more mods! Just paid the Ex off last week so my wallet hates me right now.

Well....it snowed So I decided to test out my new tires...they worked great!

I did have to tow a stuck mustang out... quite the interesting experience...white out, pulling a mustang from the rear (nose faced opposite direction as the nose of my X). This guy was flying down the road and ended up at a dead end (fairly steep hill)...and of course...the guy with the SUV has to save the day...
And she did quite excellent pulling that mustang up that hill...only a class II hitch and 3.55 Diff...max towing is about 3500 pounds and that mustang was 3665 lbs

Nate, the car looks great, as does the snow. Cant wait for some snow in the northeast so I can go skiing.

Also as the other mentioned the 4.0 looks amazing on your grille.

Thanks everyone for the comments...I thought with the 4.0 Emblem I could differentiate my X from the others here with a billet grille and ford logo. It sticks really good, proved it by when the temp was at -10 degrees...
I ripped off my front license plate and mounts that day I parked my X in a snow bank ha ha When I came back out to the truck, I saw my license plate off the bull bar so I just used some RTV sealant for the holes....oh well.

Yeah mate, the 4.0 looks awesome. Wicked unique. How's the parking practice goin' in the snow?

I finally got some picks with me new rubber on. I'm pretty happy with 'em and they gave me an extra inch clearance!

Yeah hahaha I'll have to get to the desert again one day. The tyres are nexen roadstone, a mate owns a tyre shop and gave me a good deal. I didnt know anything about the brand, but apparently they're made in korea and nexens parent company is michellin so I spose we'll just have to wait and see. Fairly aggressive tread, silica compound, directional and quiet at highway speeds (70 mph)

My 02 XLS

Been coming here for answers for a while. But this is my first time posting pics of my X.

Here they are:

Here is a short vid of some flooding that happened not long after i lifted the X. Some places the water was over the tops of my tires!

Glad I lifted it.
