You forgot rims and tints lol.

I keep my stuff pretty clean. My 03 was pretty much all stock aside from some chrome door handles and vent visors. It was Silver Birch, so it looked nice and clean from the factory so I saw no reason to go overboard.

I miss that truck .

Digging through my photo archives and this is what I found.

A stock picture. Hard to think my Ex looked like that at one point in time.
Nice

So jealous of you people who don't have front license plates

Thanks!
Yeah it's the lighting. I don't understand the color changing, like in certain lighting conditions it's a silver color and then sometimes it's tan. The true color of it is Pueblo Gold (Paint Code; G3)
For example this picture, the Ex appears to be a silver-ish color.

I do actually have a front license plate. I just choose not to have it on anymore. I ripped it off of my bull bar off-roading, and it's between my center console and passenger seat (just incase I ever get pulled over)

The bull bar I have is one from hunter as caldwell said. Hunter has 3 kinds of bull bars, a safari bar, the one I have, and the typical one with a skid plate. I beleive all come in stainless steel (chrome), or black powdercoat. The installation is a bit of a b**ch, I had to take my bumper off. It is not necessary, but makes installation easier as long as you know how to re-assemble your bumper. If you're an off-roader the "skid plate" does ruin some of the approach angle.
I am satisfied with my bull bar and would definately recommend it. Customer Service was great. I plan on buying nerf bars or running boards from Hunter.

Cool...The Ex is driven by my wife so I only want one to prevent bumper damage from parallel parking. Where she works requires it and you should see some of the people she works with trying to park, its quite scary. I also need some running boards/nerf bars and I like their black billet running boards. I'll post some pics after I get it all installed.

Looks sweet mate, the blackened rims and grill really bring it all together. Nice

Sorry I had your Explorer confused with someone elses...So the polished stainless skid plate comes off of the Westin brand bull bar? Also, how much of a pain was it to paint your grill?
Thanks!

not hard at all, when you pop the hood, on top of the grill is four screws that are plastic, you just screw them out some, reach under neath and pop them out, then pull up and it should pop out and its the same puttin it back on, it didnt take but about an hour, maybe less.
