I don't believe a 94 had a factory alarm system. It might be a dealer added or other 3rd party.

Vehicle Specs

The power relay for that is #8, power dist. box, under the hood. 30A relay
The controller module for the factory alarm is behind the plastic, left-rear quarter-panel, above the wheel well
