Mission impossible bII 4.0

I recently purchased a 1984 Bronco II trail rig. It came in the middle of a 4.0 swap (92 explorer) with MOST of the parts needed to finish the swap.

engine installed along with ratsnest of wiring harness and computer
rebuilt c5 3 speed auto with c4 valvebody and modified shift points
bw 1350 manual tcase
new gauge package with senders for custom dash setup
its also got all kinds of goodies 4.56s in stock axles, manual hubs, 33s, 3" body 2" suspension and even a d35 + 8.8 for install although Im thinking more along the lines of fullwidth axles

I still have lots to collect to make it all work...exhaust, fuel lines, air intake etc. Wish me luck its my first engine swap and first project of this magnitude by far....and if youve got good advice links or info on this swap let me know.
this is the wiring nightmare that I have begun to dig through
