How much freon?

Hey guys I was wondering how many 12oz cans of r134 should I use to charge my A/C? Its a 2004 Explorer Sport Trac with a 4.0 liter v6. Thanks in advance to all answers and help!

i beleive under the hood it says 1.8 lbs
i did mine a few weeks ago at work with a a/c machine
