Rear wheel wells

I just noticed on my ranger after picking it up that the rear wheel wells don't have those plastic liners/inner fenders. Are these available from the dealer?

Also i didnt get the undercoating from the dealer and i was wondering if i should get it done somewhere and how it holds up. I mean do you have to get it touched up every year?

I belive the Rangers have some little guards in front and behind the wheel well, but don't cover the top inside wheel well bed part.

Oh so if i get the plastic liner for the front and back, i still need to coat the top of the wells with por-15 or something to protect them. Kinda bad design for that if you ask me. My brothers gmc canyon came with full wheel well liner, i dont know why ford didnt do the same. Oops i guess i should have posted this in the ranger forum... clicked wrong one.
