I as looking for an answer to my problem on the internet when I stumbled across this forum, I am not excactly sure were I was, but I was probably on a page were parts were listed for my explorer.
I am so happy i found this site, it is so awesome! Glad to be a Member, soon to be with the "Elite"

I also was seaching the net. for help with my 1st gen x.. I cant believe the help that this site gives . I have had some great help from members and cannot thankthem enough or the owner of this site as well. Being a 1st time x owner (fullsize owner usually but due to wreck) im glad that i have help from people whom id like to call friends. Especially being in a new area and not knowing a soul... Btw if anyone in DFW area im new here but would like to get to know oyher members in this area. Thanks again to all who make this site eXcellent..

I found the site from a google search. I've been here several times in the past, but since it seemed mostly for "off-road" mods, I never paid much attention. I now realize that if I had been an avid member for the past 8 years I'd know a lot more about my Explorer (now that I actually need to start tearing it down to repair things).

I was surfing the net to find out if anyone else have ever had the same problems that I see happening to my explorer. (bad stock shocks,bad pulley system on the spare tire,and front end alignment problems)
