Ham Radio - CB - Trail Communications I have found that fourwheeling and ham radio go hand in hand. Post any questions or comments about the great hobby of amateur radio here. Of course CB'ers are welcome also. Ray, AE6H and Joe, N1LVN both moderate this forum.

Need Help locating a good reliable repair tech in New England area ?

I have a Kenwood TM 7441 A and need to locate a Repair House in the New England Area that is reliable and dependable.

Does anyone know of such a place and will you share it with us ?

Thanks, 73,

Not really sure about that one. I would think your best option might be to send check with Kenwood. When I needed to have my handheld radio repaired many years ago, I went to them for an "Authorized Kenwood Repair Center". Ham Radio Outlet might also have some ideas for you.

For Kenwood, start here:
http://www.kenwoodusa.com/Dealers_Service/

From that site, this might be your only option:
http://www.avsl.net/

Can I ask what problem the radio is having? And can I assume you meant TM741A?

Look no Further...

Send an email to Mike - N1EQ explaining your problem.

http://www.n1eq.com/

He has been servicing the Amateur Radio Community for 20 years.
I just had him do some work for me. Awesome service, quick turn-a-round
time. Reasonable rates. look him up on eHam, he has a 5 Star Rating,
for 17 pages of reviews.
