Replacing 4x4 motor.
I am a new member and a "do it yourselfer",i enjoy working on our vehichles rather than paying someone to do the same job i can. Before I start anything i like to research my project. I have a 1994 ford ranger, however the 4x4 isnt working.I did find a new motor and it is being shipped as we speak.I am looking for step by step instructions on how to install the new motor and how to adjust it.Any help would be appriciated, pix help too.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the transmission & transfer case section. Check the sticky thread on the top of this section on rebuilding the shift motor.
