Help Identify this Axle Shaft

...I was given this as a spare 8.8 shaft and recently notice it did not have a groove for a c-clip..

..Since it has 5 bolts and a hole for a brake sensor, I assumed it was a later model X shaft..

...I have not measured (other than it is about 31" long), checked the bolt pattern, nor have I done a spline count...

...It's up to you to identify this shaft...

Think that's an Axle Shaft from a 9inch Ford Axle

Here a couple of Pics to compare with. these are from a Currie 9in

the Axle Shaft

Note the Bearing set up

on stock 8.8's the bearing would stay in the housing not on the axle shaft.

could be a super 88 axle shaft. Need more infor...spline and shaft size. 31" and 7/8 is what a Ex should be. Does look like a 9" though
