I have a problem with the blend door on my 03 Explorer.

Hi There, I've got a problem with the 'heat blend' door on my '03 Explorer XLT and with it being Jan and -15 in the daytime I need to get it fixed. Can anybody tell me where the door or actuator is? All I hear is a clicking sound when I turn up the heat.

-15 Wow! In the "UNDER THE HOOD' forum there is a sub forum for H/C HEAT HVAC. Give that area a try, there is a lot of information in there and you just might find what your looking for in that area. Good Luck!!

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed your thread, and moved it into the A/C & heater section. Is this -15 C* or -15 F*?
