Vehicle Specs

I would have guessed around 115whp on your Explorer.

Ah ok well being that its GPS then maybe it's not so far off after all. Yeah gears are going to make all the difference getting out of the hole.

so been looking at other people 1/4 runs and most people in a stock ex are running around 18 but they are way quicker in the 60ft and 1/8.like around 2. in the 60ft and around 10 in the 1/8.witch makes sense because of my 33 and gears.i found a hosepower calculator on super six and put in my info to see how close my phone app was or just to see what it would say and at 4600lb and 18.1 1/4 it came out to be 153 at the wheels and 199 at the crank.so the app said 182 at the crank and 158 at the wheels so im shocked that they are both pretty close but the real fun comes when i regear.if i regear to close to stock,im doing 4.88s with my 33 for now.so that should help with my 60ft and 1/8.taking that it would put me near stock that would mean about 2sec off what i run now.so if i put 16.5 into the horepower calculator i get 202 at the wheels and 263 at the crank.or if i go the full 2 sec off it said 221 wheels and 288 at the crank i was shooting for 200hp at the wheels when i built this so i hope thats not that far off.any rate just wanted to throw this out there and see how many people call BS but my gears are going in very soon, just got to figure the brake lines out and break them in and i will be going to the dyno and hopefully getting tuned also. o yea this is with out my NOS if any one was wondering, thats going to be at least a 100 shot!!!!
