What makes models and years are compatible with a 96' Ford Ranger

I have a 1996 Ford Ranger, what is compatible with the year and the model, ie., are Rangers compatible with Explorers, Aerostars, Mountaineers, etc., and how about what other years is my 1996 model compatible with. I am looking at buying a used bumper from a 1999 Ford Ranger because mine is trashed, and I wanted to know if the years were compatible. This is my first used Ranger, so I have no idea what is compatible with it or not. Thank you, members.
