4x4 not working
99 ranger auto trans 4wd wont engage. Changed the transfer case shift motor still nothing. 4high and 4low lights on dash blink about 5 or 6 times then go out for a couple mins then blink again. Any ideas? Switch, gem? Cant find a blown fuse. I can shift the transfer case manually in and out of 2wd and 4wd with a pair of vise grips. If I pull the shift motor off (plugged in) and move the selector switch with the key on it doesn't work. The repair manual I have doesn't have a wiring diagram for 4wd models.??????
