I hate to be a jerk, but this really needs some punctuation. I can't tell if this should be "all my plugs are black and it will not run if I pull the fu[s]e for the pump. It will run ok till the fuel runs out." or if you mean "all my plugs are black and it will not run. If I pull the fuse for the pump, it will run ok till the fuel runs out." I'm having a hard time picturing what it is actually doing in either case.

Black smoke and black plugs suggest to me that it is running rich when it does run. You say that you've replaced the regulator, but have you ever put a fuel pressure gauge on it? That's probably the first thing I'd do.
