code 172 ,186

hello, i just got my 94 explorer and i'm having trouble with the truck running fine for about 20 min of driving then my CEL turns on and the truck loses power and won't go above 2000 rpm, if i turn the truck off and then turn it back on the CEL goes away for while until i go up a bridge then it comes back on. i bought a code reader and found that i have a 172, 186 code. i changed the spark plugs and pulled and cleaned the mass airflow sensor, and reset the code i'm going to test drive it now am going to see if the codes cleared
