99 v8 Awd problems

1999 EB V8 AWD, 164k miles

The truck was having an issue of not running properly, almost like it was down a cylinder on saturday. Sunday the truck would not start, I checked the schrader valve on the fuel rail and no fuel mist when i pressed on it with a screwdriver. I determined it to be the fuel pump, and thus I replaced said fuel pump. After replacement the truck still has the miss, but will drive. Is low on power, bad fuel economy and is missing, will slightly pop at held RPM, but at idle is almost not noticeable. Any suggestions?

Fuel filter was replaced a year ago
spark plugs/wire were replaced at 135k
No check engine lights are present.
