This truck need to be worked on. Currently NOT drivable. The truck broke the flexplate, and I began to fix it for the current owner. He decided to get a new vehicle and said I could do what I wanted with the truck and gave me the title. I am going to part and scrap the truck, but figured I would offer it up here first.

Body: Body is in good shape. No major rust! There is some bubbling on the bottom of the rear gate, and some surface on a couple spots underneath. There are some scrapes and chips on the paint, but overall it is in decent shape. It was repainted atleast once, and atleast the passenger door has been replace (Found red paint chips on it) The bumpers also have surface rust on them. Under the moldings looks great. The driver's door handle is broken, but still works. All the glass is good. The headlights could use a polish.

Interior: The interior is decent. The dash is complete and no broken parts. The door panels are in decent shape, and have extra pair to replace the arm rests and switch bezels, as they had issues. The driver's seat had ripped at one point, and has been crudely stitched up. Doesn't look bad, and holds strong, just noticable. The passenger seat is in good shape. The rear seats are in good shape as well. The carpet is dirty and cut under the console to get to the trans access panel. Console will hide this. The console is apart, and is in fair shape. Some pieces need to be looked at, but it's all there to work with. All interior functions worked. AC is untested, and there is no radio. Carpet in the rear is dirty, and all pieces are there. Hatch panel removed currently for replacement of latch mechanism.

Drivetrain: Motor has high miles (241k) but may have been rebuilt. Transmission has been replaced at some point, so mileage on that is unknown. Both worked well before the flexplate broke. Transfer case worked fine as well. The transmission, transfer case, and drive shafts are currently removed from the vehicle as I started to replace the flexplate. I will not be putting them back in, and this is the state the truck will be sold in. The cracked flexplate is currently installed, but an ok used one is included. I would still get a new one, as this one appear like it's starting to go too. Will be good for starting the motor up though. The plug wires and coil packs were replaced with known good ones. The starter was taken and tested at Autozone. The fuel pump was replaced just prior to the flexplate breaking, and should be good. the gas tank is solid with no rust issues. The front and rear end should be good, but I have not gone through them.

Overall the truck is in great shape body wise for a 15 yr old vehicle with 241k on it in upstate, NY. Would be a good driver put back together, a good winter vehicle, or a good start to a project off-roader. I will give this til thursday before parting it out. I have someone who wants the transmission already, so that will be the first to go. The price whole will be adjusted at that point, and as parts sell.

Asking $600 as-is for it right now. It is complete with some extras (door panels, latches, CD changer) and comes with a clean title. It is located in Upstate, NY (13790) and will need to be picked up with a trailer, tow dolly, or rollback. CAN NOT BE DRIVEN!

Broken Flexplate:

And here are a lot of detailed pictures of how it currently sits after the trans got removed:
