Red face VAC leak 2003 ranger 2.3 4 cyl

This is my second Ranger and I bought this one with a CEL on.

From the codes I've cleaned the MAF sensor, replaced the fuel filter (and it was full of black stuff), replaced a broken vac hose on the IMRC, replaced the plug wires w/ new plugs and replaced the 1st O2 sensor. Cleared the codes by undoing the neg batt terminal. I thought I had this problem licked, not true. Still getting the P2195 code-lean bank 1. No signs of low fuel pressure, truck runs great, just a little hesitation right after you shift gears. So tommrow I plan on checking voltage on the MAF and TPC. I've read the PCV hoses were problematic (break and leak) on the year and model, true? and where else would I look for a vac leak? Any other segestions?

thanks in advance
