Bull Bar / Brush Guard / Push Bar for 96 Explorer

I have been searching for a bull bar my 1996 Ford Explorer Limited for the past few days now, and have been striking out left and right. I've talked to people at Summit Racing, I've searched JC Whitney, Warn, ok4wd, and the list just goes on. I can't find anything. I'm really looking for a police style push bar. Anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum. I was just on ebay and they had a handfull of brushguards for sale but they are the kind that cover up the headlights. You could always get the grinder out and cut the headlight covers off an ebay one if thats what your looking for.

Is this what your looking for? If so, I can check if my neighbor still has it.. He had it at his swap meeting building last week when I stopped by.

Mark, that looks like one of those little A-frame ones that only come to the top of the bumper... I'm looking for one more like one you would see on a police SUV.

I want one too. Also here is another smaller bull bar:

Comes in black or chrome and does accept lights.

Here is a large one that you could use (I prob will) and snip off the headlight sections (or use a welder) Half the price of the other one.

Wow is that ever beefy. I got this locally, brand new, from craigslist and got it installed. GoRhino. I only like the center section on all bull bars.
