Glue for rear window defogger

One of the contacts on the rear hatch window that completes the circuit across the wire grid has come loose. What kind of glue is used that allows the current to pass?

just happened in mine a couple months ago... took of rear pannel and the connection was ripped off. I paid FORD $50 to put it back together. Still DOESNT WORK. Had a friend test the grids- and he said, are you sure its not working... any help guys?

My rear defroster on my 05 is the slowest thing ever. It doesn't work sometimes and others really slow
