How do I replace the blend door actuator on a 2005 XLT?

How do I replace the blend door actuator on a 2005 XLT?

Hey every one I am trying to find out a simple way to replace the blend door actuator in my 2005 XLT, I have looked under the dash on both sides and cant even see it.

There should be some threads about replacement. You will have to take out console and some of the dash to get to it.

how do i replace rear blend door actuator in 2005 Eddie Bauer. I can get the little panel off but which is it or anyone show me a picture. any help is appreciated.
