How to replace Upper and lower manifold gasket on 1998 3.0.

Hey i was wondering how to get to the lower manifold gaskets. I already have the upper off manifold off. A write up or pictures would gladly be appreciated. Thanks

anyone? valve cover off of one side draining radiator and removing those tubes.

ok got to the other valve cover side now. damn all those wires and crap is a little intimidating. Am I going to need an external torx socket for that bolt in the middle of the right side valve cover? where should i get the set? i have a craftsman set that came in my 309 piece mechanics set but it only goes down to 1/4.

got to the rocker arms now. is there a certain procedure when removing the rocker arms and push rods?
