need to know what the fuel pressure is supposed to be in a 88 ford ranger xlt super 6 cylinder 4 wheel drive

Approximately 30 PSI at idle / high vacuum.
Approximately 40 PSI at WOT / zero vacuum (can be simulated at idle by disconnecting and plugging the vacuum line to the FP regulator).
