HELP!! Will 265/75/16 fit??

Hi, I have a 2000 Explorer XLT 2wd with 235/75/15. With the Firestone recall I will be able to pick some bigger ones out. I have picked Kelly Springfield because they fit the price range. I want Michelins or BFGoodwrich but thats too much for me. Anyways, can someone tell me if 265/75/16 will fit my Explorer? I know I am going to have to buy new rims/wheels but I have already ordered some. So please let me know if these will fit and if you think they are going to "rub" please tell me how bad it will be. I think they will fit but I'm sure someone here knows for sure!!
Thanks a lot!!! Grant
