There are 2 upstream of all cats (1 for each cylinder bank for mixture control) and 1 more downstream (for the cat efficiency monitor). Each trouble code number will tell you which sensor is being flagged and why.

The 2 upstream O2's will either be near the outlets of the exhaust manifolds or in the exhaust pipes just downstream of there - always before entering any cats.

The single cat efficiency O2 sensor will definitely be after the y-pipe joins into one pipe. The one I've seen is in between the two large underbody cats, probably on top where it's a little harder to see.

It is easy to find the sensors by looking for the 4-wire pigtail on each. Usually 2 white wires plus a grey and a black.
