Im thinking about getting this for my 2002 X. I bought a pro comp programmer but it didnt work so i was going to see if anyone has used this already?

Jet products are mostly junk. And this product sounds like it falls into that category, there may be some very small gains to be had with it, but not much. It just has a very basic tune on it that's made to be "universal." If you really want a "chip" get something from SCT, and x-cal 3 or one of the other tuners with extra features. www.hensonperformance.com is a great place to get one, I'm pretty sure he throws in a couple of custom tunes with it as well. He is a vendor here and goes by Jah81592 if you want to look at reviews of his work (I have never seen a bad one) or PM him to ask questions.

+1 for SCT tuners and +1 for James @Hensonperformance.

In saying that, tuning is best left until after other mods are done (intake/exhaust). You can tune now but not sure what results you are expecting and if just a tune will deliver.
