Any suggestions on where to put my amp?

I just recently put in an amp with a sub. Right now the location of my amp is underneath my back seats. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of some good places to put the amp so it still gets good air flow, and where its concealed, but easily accessible. Thanks guys!

PS i have a Dual XPA4100

Mine is perfectly fine under the back seat, I bought a small fan at Radioshack. I put the positive wire in the turn on wire, and grounded it to the amp ground. And I can still lay the seat down, Don't know where it would be any better?
