So I am getting tired of few electrical gremilns in my 06 EB; my power door locks, my interior lights problems all point to that little tihing called SJB. So I was told that my power locks keep unlocking every 40 seconds because the lock relay is bad. OK, in old days that would be $ 20 part, but here it is a $ 350 part that takes another $ 350 to remove and replace and then be programmed with the keys to work properly. So after taxes I am looking at close to $ 800. I checked ebay but no luck, but even then you need to be lucky to get the right one ( different options - different SJB) and still have it programmed. Message for Ford - it sucks.

did you ever figure this out having same problem

Yes, when the installer for the remote start tapped into the the wires for the doors under the driver door seal, they did a poor job insulating it. Over time the ground wire going to the power locks would ground to the body of the car causing the locks to unlock. In my gen explorer, the switch at the door grounds the power lock so the water and moisture was doing same thing under the carpet with the exposed wires. It had nothing to do with the relays or SJB.
