body mounts

hello everyone, this is my first post, I own a 2001 sport trac and I would like to know how can I remove the lower washer/nut of the body mounts? both the center and front ones are completely gone

Found this more than three years after. Revised answer is after the bolt has been completely loosened, thread the
bolt back in a few turns and hit it with a BFH. Using a ratchet extension on a standard length 18mm socket helps.

Also, heating the tip of the bolt with a propane torch for 30 seconds, makes removal much easier. Factory Loctite is strong.
