Aftermarket Amp Install

all is well but the Input i spliced into the right rear door speaker right in the door however im not getting the signal im looking for its distorted and sounds like poo any insight into where i went wrong?

My Explorer dose not have the stock amp or sub or any of that

are the positive and negative correct ?

try switching them around, or maybe switching around the pos/neg on the sub,,
