Has anyone gotten a brochure and the $750 coupon lately? I have requested a brochure from the ford site but have not seen anything in the mail or even in my email.

I requested a brochure for the Ford Flex and the 2013 Taurus and - if I recall correctly - the little brochure (which is not as detailed as the one you get from the dealer) of the Flex included a "personal $750 voucher" which could be used towards any 2011/12 Ford or Lincoln.

That brochure was ordered about 3 weeks ago and arrived at the beginning of this week.

Requested one on the website in August.... Got one in September and another about 10 days ago.... They are definitely still sending them out....

Yep I got a coupon last week. Wife isn't ready to buy yet, and I can't convince her. Does anybody know if you order subsequent brochures if they'll send more coupons?

I've gotten one recently (2-3weeks ago) also. Be patient, they take 2-3 weeks to receive.

How could I find out if im in the system for a coupon? I called marketing and they acted like they didn't know anything about the coupon. I spoke with two different people, one of them did say I was in the Ford system but thy was about it.

I got the e-Brocuhure and did not see the coupon. Awaiting the mailed version...

I called this number to ask about the brochure coupon. Specifically the coupon I got expires December 4th and I won't be ready to buy until February. I asked if there was anything that could be done to extend the expiration date of my coupon or if they were always in the brochures and I should just request another brochure closer to February. The answer I got was that they can't extend the expiration date, and they can't guarantee a coupon will be in a brochure. Not very helpful at all. They did insist on getting my email address and phone number so they can send me more marketing materials (read: spam) though.

I mentioned this on another thread and I’d like to post here as well: Be sure to check with your dealer if they offer the Incentive Protection Program. This will protect the incentives available to you at the time you place the order. If better incentives become available when your Explorer arrives, you have the option to take the new incentive amount. All offers are subject to change, so be sure to consult your dealership.

My dealer told me to do the same thing...go online and request a brochure. So that I did. I submitted the request last week. Hopefully a coupon will show up before my explorer does. Since the dealer screwed up our last order, our X order was put on "expedite"...whatever that's supposed to mean.

The first time I just got one.... then more recently I requested one and got another just as the first expired.... It could of been a mistake or maybe they want to keep the people that are interested...... Interested....

I never received the coupon in the mail. However, when I asked the dealer to check in their system, they were able to pull up my name and saw that I was eligible for the $750. Used it on 31 Oct for my purchase.
