Craigslist is probably your best bet. Make sure your pictures are appealing in the ad, as this may cause people to drive farther to see it. List it in surrounding areas.

I wish you the best of luck on your finances. Many of people are struggling these times hang in there your not alone.
Here are some tips for selling a vehicle. A majority of people are looking for a vehicle want it as stock as possible. For reliability and asthetic reasons. Here are a couple things that would deter me from your truck.
The aftermarket antenna must be replaced. The roof rack also needs to go back on. It is a very expensive option on some vehicles. Tinted windows should be removed. Although you might have an inspection sticker an average person might not be able to do so. That is if it is not legal in your area. Same for the tail light and third brake.
Also try posting in the free ad section in your supermarket entry way. Recap major selling points, cleansiness and stock as possible good luck.

^Good advice there

I've considered selling mine for a high price just for the heck of it, but being that it's paid for, it doesn't make much sense for me to do that. I have had luck selling stuff on Craigslist and do as guliateen said, make is stock as possible and CLEAN it before you take pictures. To some, a clean car is a well taken care of car

I have sold almost every single vehicle I've sold on craigslist... I think the only ones I've sold without craigslist was one I traded in before craigslist was around and one I sold to a friend over the explorer forum...
