95 ford explorer torsion bar problem

i have a 95 ford explorer that i want to do a simple spindle lift for but no one sells one, i did some research and got some hints that i could buy a lift for 2001 ford ranger edge but i don't know if it ll actually work please help if you can this is really depressing

Near the bottom of the page you will see explorer/edge spindles they should work, not sure why it says 99 im pretty sure it should work on a 95 but maybe someone else can confirm.
