Explorer Transmission problem

We purchased our explore in July and already we are having transmission issues. While driving the car jumps like the transmission is stuck. The dealer has had our car since Saturday and today is Thursday and still no fix. They didn't even give us a rental. After fighting with them they gave us a rental yesterday at 6 pm.

The Bluetooth is does not work well. Has any one tried to touch the radio but the hazard comes on because it is so sensitive.

Bluetooth works good, and yes, the hazard switch is sensitive.
