will these lowering springs work for my 04 mounty?

Getting my 22s this week and want to lower a little to give it the perfect stance. My truck is a v8 04 mountaineer.. was wondering if anyone was running these springs:

Canuck Motorsports: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lowering-Spr...sories&vxp=mtr

assuming they will fit the mounty, just wanted to double check...and if anyone has any pics that would be great!

**also while on the fitment topic.. will the eibach "anti-roll" sway bars for the ex fit the mounty? is it worth it?

Thanks
