Thanks folks!!!

LOL, it is a job a never expected to be doing!

I will be delivering exotic animals to different places in the lower 48 states. I do know they deliver as far out as to Ohio, Florida, Minn, Colorado, Az. and states in between. A CDL is not required since it is pulling a gooseneck with HD p/u's. My first week I have to work in the barns to learn to id the animals and learn how to properly feed them, then on the road with a trainer and then on the road myself. Pay depends on route, longer routes = more pay because more time on the road. The p/u's are equipped with sleeping quarters and the company pays for my meals (up to $20 a day, that's a good breakfeast and a light supper, good enough for me)

LOL, I think the exotic is pretty much limited to birds, when I called I asked if there were snakes involved since there are 4 kinds of snakes that I am scared of. ( Big ones, little ones, live ones, and dead ones)

There are still a lot of little critters like hamspters, gerbels, and rabbits involved in the deliverly's.

That is too funny!

Glad to hear of the job, these days, you take what you can get, and be thrilled to accept it.

Thanks!! Dang true, it's a job and I am dang glad to have gotten it. I got that saying from my Dad, it's true. Just one of the many things I find myself saying that came from him!

Thanks Joe. Big weight lifted, been out of work since Oct. 2011 was a bad year for me on jobs, went thru 3 of them. And 3 fuel pumps on 3 different vehicles too. Only vehicle I got left that had the fuel pump replaced is the Dr. Jack. So hopefully 2012 means no more replacing jobs and fuel pumps!!!!
