What am I missing here, this is cheaper than what most places are selling the headlight assembly alone for.

I saw that too. Thats a crazy good price if they headlight assemblies aren't poor quality!

Garbage. No colimating lens, glare, it will blind the incomming traffic. Illegal to use on public roads.
