please help ,air bag, and or speedo and meters.

I have an 2003 ford ranger xlt 2 wheel drive, other day air bag lite came on with a warning chime, i already pulled apart connector below the drivers seat check plug reconnected still stays on,,, but i am getting blinking code combo of 2's and 9's, so it sounds like a code 29? Where can i find what code 29 is?Or might happen we have any ford tech ;-)? Also on the same day about an hour afer air bag, the speedo, along with odometer and trip stopped working, could it be just a fluke? Or could the two be connected?Any info on speedo and meters also?

Thank you very much, my ford friends!
