Putting new reverse lights in the F-150 :)

Well, got my PIAA 1400's for reverse lights for the F-150, which is good I was desperately in need of more back up lights. They are the same ones Rick has got on his rear bumper. I'll let you know how the install goes! These ones (unlike the 1500's I have as reverse lights for my Explorer) I am going to wire so they come on whenever I go in reverse. I'm going to run power all the way from the battery to the relay which I'll mount above the spare tire (great spot for a relay I've found), going to wire them up according to the diagram, then use the reverse light wire as my switch wire.

here they are lit up. I'll try to take some pictures of them at night later.
All I can say is these suckers are BRIGHT, I think they are the perfect reverse light (and they'd be a damn good fog light too!)

Looking good Matt. And yes they are really bright.
Heres a couple of pix of mine.
Due to all the slush & snow in the winter I bent some stainless steel I had as guards for the back of the lights.http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?...nce=0&res=high
