codes 566 and 629

Ok, so I did a code read on my explorer since the CEL came on after I did my tranny swap. I get one pulse right away, then the following codes repeated twice: 566 and 629. 566 is the 3/4 shift solenoid for the auto trans. 629 is the converter clutch solenoid on the auto trans. AFTER these codes, I got a bunch of single blinks on my scanner. So what do I need to do to get rid of these codes?
