mounting points for tow hooks

I am looking to put some tow hooks on my 02 Limited. Where is the best place to mount them?

Tim

don't forget if youre getting them in the junk yard they also came on expeditions as well as a few other models so look around mine came from a expedition that had burned so bad the top half of radiator was melted as well as the fire jumping the firewall..by hooks didn't look charred minus the melted on plastic.
Paid ten bux for both hooks all 4 oe bolts and the back plates.

The back plate IS DEFINITELY WORTH PUTTING IN. Loosen the sub bumper and shimmy them in.. trust me makes tightening them a breeze as well as removal/reinstallation...
