Front Wheel Hubs/Bearings

I know there are many posts on this board regarding changing out wheel bearings, but I can find any detailed information out there regarding the actual procedure (aside from the fact that there are 3 bolts holding the part on and it is easy enough to do yourself).
I have almost 84k miles on my ST and am starting to have a significant humming noise between 40-75MPH, so I think it is time to replace the bearing(s).. Does anyone have access to the service manual that details this procedure - mainly things like torque specs, if any other lubrication is necessary..etc.? Any detailed experieces would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
