Trailer Hub bleeding grease - frustrated

I have a 2010 Sure-Trac 5x10 high side landscape. It has less than 1,000 miles on it. Bought it new.

One of the first times out, I noticed that the left side rim had some grease splatter on it. I wiped it off, towed, and it was back. So, I disassembled, removed the hub, and unpacked everything. The bearings were fine. Before I cleaned it out, it was filled with grease. I replaced the seals with new double walled seals, repacked, reinstalled. I also pumped a few shots into the EZ Lube zerk.

Today I carried a ton of topsoil with it. Got to my destination, and there's the grease again.

What the hell am I missing here? Should I replace the entire hub? I'm out of the warranty period (only one-year on the axle and 3 months on the trailer, for what's worth), and am a bit hesitant to take it to a shop as it's so easy to work on. Of course, if it might be an issue with the axle itself, then I'll have no choice.... probably also just trade it in on something else.

By the way, always, always, always overbuy slightly when looking at a trailer. I went with a fixed bed. It sucks hand emptying any material from it. My next one will be what I was torn to buy before--a 5x10 low riding hydraulic dump. That way I can carry the ATV, materials, and not curse the day when I have to empty it.

Is the grease on the inside or outside of the wheel?

The zerk could be bad.

Possibly the hub is overpacked Too much grease will push through seals as it gets hot.
