Dk Exp Need help picking a digital camera!

I'm looking for one with around 2 megapixels or better and with mpg capabilty with sound. Zoom would be nice. Here's the kicker. Can I get one for under $300? under $400? Tell me which one is the cheapest that has these features. Thanks!

Well, I can't recommend specific models, but you should be able to find a camera that fits those requirements. You might try some of the price/model comparison sites like mysimon.com or pricegrabber.com. Also, Consumer Reports has a site if you'd like to look at ratings/reliability recommendations.

Sorry I'm not of more help, but this is where there's no substitute for doing your own homework! You'll not only find a camera that fits your exact needs that way, but you'll learn in the process.

You also can look at ebay. They have lots of cameras.
I got a Kodak DC 215. Its one meg. but seems to take great pix for posting ect.
Most of the stuff I read said the zoom should be optical not digital. Can not get real clear pix w/digital.
Thats about all I know....
