After Login the site, Just Error Message.

My car is explorer 2012 xlt.

LOL, you are welcome. Just a bit of advice, I wouldn't recommend posting your email in the forum publicly, there's a lot of weirdos on the internets

As for your issue, I am not sure why you are getting that message. We have a 13, so we never needed to download the update. There is supposedly a newer update coming sooner (or later), so if trying to get the current one gives you too much hassle, and your dealer can't set you up with the update, you could just hold off for now

I had problems with Firefox, it finally worked when I used MS Explorer.

When I first tried to update the Ghost, it wouldn't work in Firefox, so I used IE (ugh! but at least it did work).

When our friend was over, we updated his Edge. Strangely enough, we used Firefox and it worked like a charm. I have no clue as to why it wouldn't and then it would.
