transmission oil
gday all
I have a 99 ford explorer automatic , is the oil vmx80 ok to use it does say on the container mannual transmission thanks |

If its a automatic you use Mercon III or V depending on what was in it to start with. Castrol vmx80 is for manual transmissions.

vmx80 is designed for manual transmissions. It definitely isn't recommended.
