Did add a leaf, shackels and 883BL today

Pretty epic build thus far! Loving those 35's! I really regret sticking with the 33in KM2's...wish I would have gone bigger...for my ego lol.

haha...thanks man...

trying to find a complete (front) superlift, but its been difficult.
and they want me to pay up front while they make it.
and they say it could take 3 months.

yea I asked my girl 33s, or 35s...???
she immediately said "35s!!", so that's what I went with lol...

and im glad I did.....the truck as it sits is 12in. higher than stock
in the rear, and 11in in the front....loving it

:salute:

by any chance... do you live on long island????? love the truck

yes, I live on long island, and yes ive seen your truck (I think) at smithpoint.
hahaha.

just got the rest of my superlift today, plan on tackling this in the morning.
along with a SOA for the rear.

ended up getting EVERYTHING for the front, for just over 800bux shipped.

cant wait to go play in the morning.

:D

you probably did lol. we have to try and get an explorer group on LI

That looks great!! I hope mine turns out half as nice as yours

superlift is in. front fender measurements are 46.75 and 46.50
rear is 48. and 48.25 I ended up just getting a set of OEM
shackles. and not hacking the wars. lol after the SOA the rear
was WAYYY up, I took the load spring out too, now its pretty level.

still need to weld on rear lower shock mounts, and do something
with the rear swaybar and rear trailing arms (too short)

ill post pics soon.

:salute:

Can't wait to see it I want to do at least the body lift but its gettin to be the wrong season to be under a vehicle for any reason other then maintenance or repair love your truck tho deff one of my favorites

I called superlift directly. got the knuckles for $289 shipped
then got the 9633 box, minus front swaybar links (because
the drop brackets are "on national backorder") for $515 shipped.

the front took me 4 hours, start to finish
the rear took 4 hours also, start to finish. the rear still needs works
I need longer trailing arms (2in longer) and longer swaybar links
and weld on some lower shock mounts. but im driving it as is for now.

not too shabby

well,its a option.....and its what I decided on.

I have a buddy with a SAS 99 blazer, and im WAY taller than he is.
by like 3 or 4inches.

I just happend to have the strongest torsion bars and did a 3in BL
add that with the 4in superlift with 35s, and you get 14 to 15inches
over stock......haha, the day I finished it, I purposely went out to look
for a parked ex/mounty to park next to, just for ***** and giggles.

I love my truck, and its a blast to drive...just a really good time.

to me.....the superlift front brackets and rear SOA is your best bet.
I DO NOT go 4 wheeling with this rig, (although, I do sometimes do
beach dunes, some light woodsy trails{camping, hiking}) so this rig
is on the road 85%of the time.
but if I need to go off road...??? haha I know its FULLY capable

this is my opinion

pics soon

so how much cutting and welding is involved? I am really really considering this actually. cause aint nobody got time or money for the SAS. if i can run 35's that what i want.
drop in a 4x4 transfer case and change up the gears.

the front is ALL bolt on......I had to drill 2 holes in the lower control
arms for the limiting straps, other than that, that's it for the front.

for the rear I did SOA, so there is a little welding and some cutting.
and some creativeness. if that's what you plan to do, or if your going
for the 4in lift springs. then ALL bolt on.

I LOVE THE SOUND OF BOLT ON :)

is it just your average tools to get this done? is it bascially just replacing parts with extended/ longer ones?

and the final product.

pics of the truck with pretty much every mod possible. haha
